I e-mailed you but you have not responded! When will you respond?
We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service. All e-mails are answered within 1-3 business days. If you do not hear back from us within this time please re-send your message because we have not received it.

I re-emailed and I still haven't heard back from you. Whats up with that?
Take a second to review your e-mail inquiry to us. Is there any foul language? Excessive YELLING WITH ALL CAPS? If so, theres your answer. We will do everything in our power to ensure a positive experience. If you curse, yell, threaten (i.e. if you dont XYZ I'll never buy from you again) or are blatantly rude your e-mail will NOT be answered.

My downloads were deleted because my dog eat my computer. Can you resend them to me?
Sure we can resend your downloads as long as it is within the 30 day period of purchasing the download. As stated in our Shipping and Returns policy, we cannot provide archiving services. Delivering downloads is not free. Bandwidth is extremely expensive and it adds up. Please be sure to backup your downloads after you purchase them!

My downloads didn't deliver properly or the video is corrupted when I watch it, can I have a refund?
We pride ourselves in making 100% sure that if you purchase a download that you will receive it and you will be able to view it. If you experience any problems with download delivery e-mail us with your download information and we will validate your purchase then generate a manual link for you sometimes within minutes. If the video is corrupted then it means there was a problem with the delivery. As stated in our Shipping and Returns policy, there are absolutely no refunds on download products.
