Absolutely. That is the sole reason why we implemented the Points and Rewards program. The cost of our production is extremely high as we take pride in the look and feel of our content. Unfortunately better looking content costs more to produce. Our download videos are priced as low as $4.99 with the monthly PPD events at $9.99 each which is an extremely low price for the value. Custom Videos costs more because fans take the time to write scripts and we take the time to ramp up production for the shooting of a specific video which is extremely expensive. We unfortunately cannot discount our custom videos. $39.99 is a deal compared to what the author of the script had to pay!!!
|My downloads didn't deliver properly or the video is corrupted when I watch it, can I have a refund?|
We pride ourselves in making 100% sure that if you purchase a download that you will receive it and you will be able to view it. If you experience any problems with download delivery e-mail us (WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASING YOUR DOWNLOAD ORDER) with your download information and we will validate your purchase then generate a manual link for you sometimes within minutes. If the video is corrupted then it means there was a problem with the delivery. As stated in our Shipping and Returns policy, there are absolutely no refunds on download products.

We would love nothing more then to be able to answer each inquiry about what moves are in a particular download but doing this for everyone would be a full time job on its own. Other then the details listed on the product listing we cannot provide any further information on what a particular download includes.

Take a second to review your e-mail inquiry to us. Is there any foul language? Excessive YELLING WITH ALL CAPS? If so, theres your answer. We will do everything in our power to ensure a positive experience. If you curse, yell, threaten (i.e. if you dont XYZ I'll never buy from you again) or are blatantly rude your e-mail will NOT be answered.
