What will the charge show up as on my card?
Here at RingDivas.com we are very discreet with our transactions and your purchases. When you purchase from RingDivas.com the charge will show up as "RINGDIV704-7777187" on your credit card or debit card statement.
How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping price varies by by product weight and destination (US/FOREIGN).
Normally US is $2.50, Canada is $3.50, Outside the US is 5.00 (These are average prices)
Orders are shipped out within 3-4 business days.
To get an estimate of how much shipping will cost, please follow these steps:
Register or login to the store (registration is free!)
Add the items you are interested in purchasing to your shopping cart by clicking the ADD TO CART button
View your shopping cart and you will see a listing of estimated shipping costs
Please note that you MUST be registered or logged into the store in order to see shipping prices as costs are estimated using your shipping address destination zipcode or country.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Within 15 days of the product’s shipping date, you may exchange damaged physical items for a replacement of the same DVD. Cash refunds will only be processed if we are out of stock on the damaged product. Outside of 15 days, you can only return your order with pre-approval from a RingDivas.com employee.
For commercial Videos and DVDs, we do not accept returns or refunds for opened items. Damaged or defective videos/DVDs cannot be exchanged for other products, only replaced with the same title.
RingDivas.com reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for goods that have the seal broken. (ex: Commercial DVDs; Figures, etc.)
To return an item, you must include the item being returned along with your order identification number (invoice if available) and a statement concerning what action needs to be taken.
Please allow 10 days for your refund to be processed. For all online orders, an email notification will be sent to you once a return has been processed. If a credit does not show up within 1 business day after a refund has been processed, you should call your credit card company and inquire how long their credits usually take to post to your account.
If you return an item, you are responsible for shipping costs back to RingDivas.com unless we have made a mistake or a product is defective. In order for a product to be considered defective, it must be inspected by RingDivas.com. Willful and/or deliberate damage to a product can be determined quite easily.
